Surface Water : Surface water is a water from lakes, river and reservoirs which are present on the surface of the planet. Surface water containers various dissolved and suspended impurities with the influence of human and nature. So to use this water for various domestic and industrial use, it needs to be treated. Aldee water uses Membrane and filtration technologies to remove dissolved and suspended impurities.

Ground Water : Ground water is very important source of water, which is becoming polluted due landfills, leaking sewers, effluent from waste water treatment plants and over use of fertilisers in agriculture. Ground water can also be contaminated naturally. For this reason, it is very important to treat the ground water. Aldee Water uses technologies like denitrification, membrane (UF, NF, MF) and advanced oxidation to treat this contaminated ground water.

Sea Water Treatment : About 96.5% of earth’s water is a sea water containing salt. Due to the rising demand and scarcity of water, desalination of sea water is very important. Aldee Water uses reverse osmosis technology using high recover sea water membranes for desalination of sea water.

Zero liquid discharge is process where no effluent or discharge is left over. Effluent is fed to the evaporator where dissolved solids precipitate as crystals. Crystals are dewatered and water vapour is condensed which is returned to the process.

Clarification System

Water Filtration Plant treats the water preliminary with the help of Multi Grade Filer (To reduce suspended solids), Activated Carbon Filter (To reduce odor and color). It may send to further treatment if its required.

Demineralization or Deionisation is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process.Mixed-bed deionizers are normally used to ‘polish’ the water to higher levels of purity after it has been initially treated by either a two-bed deionizer or a reverse osmosis unit.

UF membranes used to remove high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt, turbidity, organic / inorganic polymeric molecules, algae, particulate matters, suspended solids and all microorganisms from Water & Wastewater.

Softener Plant

Reverse osmosis is process of removing dissolved impurities from brackish or sea water. It is a technology where raw water is passed through semi permeable membrane with high pressure to remove the dissolved solids and mineral in water.

Nano Filtration Systems commonly known as NF Systems falls right in middle of RO & UF systems. In NF systems low operation water is passed with low pressure across a membrane to remove all the dissolved solid impurities and make the water clean to use for sanitation and industrial purposes.

Industrial water softener is a kind of water filter, which removes hardness from water causes due to presence of Calcium and Magnesium.

Sewage treatment is the process of removing contamination from domestic wastewater. It is treated by mechanical, chemical-physical and biological process. Sewage water is released into rivers, lakes and sea which creates environmental and human risk.

Recycling of effluent treatment is very important due to growing scarcity of water and increasing demands of water in industrial and domestic use. Treatment processes like ultra-filtration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis in tertiary stage should be implemented depending on parameters required for reuse.
